THE LOWDOWN: This vampire private-eye drama has survived despite a horrific Friday timeslot, and now “Moonlight” is alleged to have “somewhat of a cult following,” which goes a long way toward explaining why its future is still somewhat uncertain. Fans were heartened by the network’s order of four more episodes for the spring season.
THE PR: If Matt Roush of TV Guide were a betting man, he’d be laying timber on “Moonlight” being part of CBS’s fall plans. James Hibberd of the Washington Post likes its chances, too.
