Will “Jericho” Be Renewed by Any Major Network? -
The studio has done a great job of keeping this out of the press, but this movie is based on a series of books that the author wrote to attack religion and promote atheism.

I don’t see any protests over the movie, but I think that a lot of people in religious communities are aware of this – and these are the people who are having a lot of kids.

What the heck? I can’t figure out how you make money. Say I sell this short, and the strike ends in the year 2010. How much money do I lose? Let’s say I buy 500 shares, and the strike ends tomorrow. How much do I win or lose? I don’t get this one.
When Will the Writers’ Strike End? -
The author does something that is very difficult: he writes clear, engrossing action scenes. I’m a fan of science fiction, and of historical novels, so this is one that I feel qualified to comment on. It’s good. It isn’t perfect—many of the ideas here have been used in science fiction more than once. But I understand these characters, and I’m interested in them. That’s rare in any genre.
I would read this.

I guess I could ask your son-in-law (Dirty Cookbook author Jason Clampet). Or I could ask your daughter “Lafemmenikita” (Veronica Chambers, Jason’s wife – see first post in this blog). But then, what’s the point? Keep buying up those shares!
Now, I’m just guessing here … but is Jessica Andrews a friend of your daughter’s? If not, how do you know her?
